The keywords that you choose should be medium tailed.

You can help it to be more skimmable with photos, tables, infographics, headers and subheads (which serve as a kind of your-have-to-read-this part 2) and careful use of bolding and italics.

The photos that you use must either be your own or ones that are free to use according to royalty-free licenses. Screenshots or other people’s photos may not be used with your brand without their permission.

Just keep the Google Webmaster Guidelines in mind if you do.

Do yourself a favor and use Readable with headings where appropriate.

Reference strong outbound links where appropriate and have smart internal linking (read our previous posts related to your topic).

Make sure your content is up to par, as this post has a URL that you can use down the line.

How to Submit Your Work?

NOTE: If you have already written a piece that you would like us to consider, we recommend that you rewrite it in light of the above suggestions and submit it to us as a new proposed contribution.
